I'm on the mailing list for an old tool seller on the East Coast, Timeless Tools and Treasures, and have purchased an item or two from them. This was recently offered up in one of their e-mails, and I've received permission to post the pictures. Meet the Drews Saxony combination hammer and drill:

As shown in the last picture, it's actually even more than just a hammer and drill - it seems to have a chisel attachment, too.

This makes those little Russian doll screwdrivers with the hammer head look like amateur attempts at a combination tool.
