Kigami () Bill Tindall, E.Tn.
The Kigami was translated as "cutlery steel" hardness 64. I was mistaken, there was no toughness value tabulated for the Kigami used, just hardness. Unsure why just this entry is missing from tables. Bevel angle was 30 degrees with 10 degrees initial clearance. As best I can tell the source of all the metals was Hitachi Metals.
