I also emailed with Kayoko last fall. I’m always delighted when I hear from her and thanks for the reminder as I will reach out. She was organizing a trip to Japan and was encouraging me to consider it, although the timing was not right for me. I was also asking about Imai and he is getting up there, but still making chisels. Kayoko is as special and spiritual as they come.
