Cutting oil with oil stones? () Jim Matthews
Do you like the smell of cutting oil?
I tried "lamp oil" which is cheap, and comes in manageable bottles - but hated the lingering odor. The smell of WD40 is pleasant, it cleans up easily and works well.
Alan Little of "Ask Woodman" recommends Simple Green as a cutting lube.
(But it's expensive.)
