I wouldn't be surprised if the seller used a Martin model in the description just to draw views.

I've sold a bunch of guitars on reverb this year. I must admit that anything that says gibson or fender in the description will draw at least 10 times as many views (probably 40 times) as something less common like Dean or DeArmond.

A lot of the Dearmond listings use the Guild name somewhere in the description or title just to draw views.
