You raise a good point - I appreciate it!
You'll note that one of the pictures show where everything is plugged into a grounded power bar with built in breaker. I will have only two devices per electrical box (though they are one the same circuit). Both spaces vent directly into the center cavity.
The previous unit was the definition of an "electrical octopus", and weighed about 400 pounds, covering both outlets as well. At least this way, I don't have to think about crawling grandkids getting their hands on wiring!
I look at this as being akin to a dishwasher, microwave, or fridge.... we know implicitly they're connected to power where we can't see it.
