Subject:
drawer stop

Jack Guzman from Maine
I built my wife an island for her kitchen. Butcher block top. She wanted a drawer she could access from either side so I built a shallow drawer with two fronts. A simple store bought knob type pull on each front. The drawer runs on a wood cleat on each side. I couldn't think of a way to have the drawer stop in the closed position so I never did anything about that. It drives me nuts though. That drawer is never closed right. It either sticks out on one side or the other. Is there a way to make the drawer naturally rest in the closed position? It's been about three years now and I need to do something about this for my sanity.---Jack
