Friend was given a #8 plane. It is in good shape (who over uses that big a plane?). He thinks the tote is too small for his comfort and is losing interest in rehabing the plane. The tote has a machined bed it sits on and needs to be close enough to work the alignment lever. I have included two pictures which have a 6" scale. He would make a bigger tote if it could work.
