The question about reviews from other reviewers, though, was not a rhetorical device. Are there any? If not, why not?

Since we do not solicit reveiws - I have no additional insight to offer. I do know we send far more product out for comment, than we receive comment back.... I'd be surprised if you didn't know a few of those people yourself...

Were we discussing another company in a different industry would you personally put much stock in a market release review provided by somebody who was involved in a product's development and prototyping?

Yeah - I believe everything I read on the internet... especially if it's at the top of a google search....even better if it's in the shaded beige-y part... NOT.

"market release review" - Really?? That's what gets your knickers in a twist - that we don't want our testers disclosing anything substantive about products before release dates???? I don't have a black T-shirt, and we're not the size of Apple anyway... so there's not much chance we're going to move to formal release events. Derek posted when he saw the plane was put on our website... not before.

We've shown this plane in public at at a few shows over the past few months....even sold some at FWW live. You yourself could have attended a show, tried it out, taken pictures - and written whatever you wanted about it.... as could anyone else. Derek, and others who had access to pre-production planes as testers, were prevented from saying anything until now...

Seriously - give people some credit. Do you think people reading these boards have no judgement and aren't capable of independent decision making???
