That is probably true, but stuck drawers are a classic problem, and it has nothing to do with the size of the drawer. It is a mater of tolerances, design and wood. Believe me if you wanted to build a drawer that stuck it would not be an insurmountable technical problem. Saying one's drawers don't stick means nothing without a sense of the tolerances. I have pulled out drawers on nice old furniture that swam in the opening, you know the kind they jam because they get so skewed. Then there are the folks whose drawers suck back in when pulled out...
