Well, there's at least part of an article here. In addition to making the hand wheels, there are the desription and pics about attaching the all-thread to the Loxiliary Bench, and making the chop (but most of this can be derived from Jameel Abraham's plans), why this set-up doesn't require a rear chop, and how to size the chop so you can turn it over for marking pins from tails or tails from pins and squaring half-blind sockets, and why you don't usually need some sort of rest behind the vise to support the far end of the board.

I'm working on the exposition, but Bill asked "what are you working on?" and this is what I'm working on right now. I like Bill's question more than the "accomplishments" question on the main board, because this one is so much more process oriented.

The next question for me might be, "How do you get away with only half a Moxon vise?" And, of course, the answer to that is another article, with more assembly pictures, showing the inspiration, history and construction of the Loxiliary Bench, and explaining how to size it, and why I built it, and the parts and materials I used, and alternatives to materials, sizes and construction methods.

And that may lead to yet another question, "How can I use it?" or "What's it good for?" leading to yet a third Loxiliary Bench article, which would include mounting and installation options, work holding arrangements and attachments, portability, and maybe a heated discussion of its total uselessness to those who have seen the light and will only build Shaker style furniture. [I'm away from home, and I can't find the smiley faces.]

And so, you see, what I have revealed here is just the latest chapter in a potentially long, involved series of articles and potential forum conversations. I guess I jumped off into the deep end, but it's a start on what Bill asked for, and I figure all of us owe him a debt of gratitude, if not more, for his considerable contributions.

I've been out of town; Sorry for the late reply.
