I was once shooting the breeze with the caretaker at a county park that used to be a grist mill. He had donated his property to the county with a life lease to live there. We found out we were both woodworkers and he showed me his shop in the basement. On the base plate for the upstairs lay some tools, and he pulled down a Millers Patent #41, missing the one rare part but otherwise in good condition. Later I went back and bought it from him.
