I didn't. my point is that A2 itself is so variable that unless you are testing is between actual production steels from various blade makers the conclusions don't really say much. As it happens with A2 there is a huge variance between edge tool manufacturers and therefore the statement that makers of A2 tools should watch out isn't necessarily borne out.
