I read what you wrote, but to me that would be like blaming car manufacturers for their seat belt policy because they put them in, but didn't do them up for you. You seem to me to be suggesting that the makers of unnamed fancy planes had some kind of role in the prevailing ignorance. If they put breakers in their planes, that isn't much of a cover-up. More likely there are a fairly long list of folks making fancy tools who are newbies. I particularly noticed it with the saw blogs. Got interested in saws today, started a company the following day.
But folks who knew what they were about were making planes with breakers, for people who knew how to use them all along. Who do you figure is really responsible for that not having happened here?
