A lot of the essentials of the craft could be DEMONSTRATED to students in four weeks. The students most certainly could not LEARN it all (as in do it all themselves at a reasonably high level of proficiency) in four weeks.

You see, it would take the entire four weeks to SEE a lot of the essentials. There would be no time to practice them for your own proficiency.
