Sayrui Suzuki called me today to ask how I like the Horaku blade and chip breaker that I received from her. I told her that I absolutely loved it and that I placed it on a shelf in my shop with a cookie and tangerine on on it! (She told me that the tradition was to use a rice cake but that it depended on the season of the year.) She also asked me to thank you for your reference, so I am doing it now.
