Nutshell makes me think of Finis D. Shelnutt (pronouned like 'finest' with a silent T), a French Quarter bar owner and real estate speculator, ex-husband of Gennifer Flowers. Anyway, that name should've belonged to a Groucho Marx character (Rufus T. Firefly).
