You will have to download the file to your computer. I don't know how that gets done as someone put the file on a CD for me and I open it from the CD. If you can get the file stored then "right click" on it and use the menu to open it with the program "Easy Media Player" which can be readily downloaded from Google search. Then follow directions to do the enhance. I suspect any teenager can do this with ease as they are skilled at dealing with media files.

When downloading Easy Media Player be cautious and don't download anything else. The downloader can default and load "Babalon" which will then have to be deleted. Unchecking boxes disables the unwanted download.
