I started going through my plane collection and have been restoring some of them, after restoration they are much more appealing for display and they are still totally useable. A friend told me I am nuts for restoring these and told me, he would just store them. After recently aquiring a near perfect bedrock 608 smooth bottom flat-top, I am looking at making the cast iron look new. I am just looking for some opinions and ideas, thank you. TC
