I've just pinged supertool.com.
Try this first. If you don't get a reply via ping, you (your ISP) has a DNS issue (alternately you can do an NS lookup which will get you the same results). If indeed it doesn't resolve. Try a DNS flush to see if the problem is with you or your ISP.
Open the Start menu.
Go to Run.
If you do not see the Run command in Vista, search for "run" in the Search bar.
In the Run text box, type: ipconfig /flushdns
Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.
Also, as my ping worked, here is the resolved IP address: 66.205.75.11. Here is the bad news however: net1plus.com also resolves to that IP address. Net1plus is the site host and unless we know how they structured their sites, you can't http to Patrick's site via the IP address ( I know, I just tried. They also don't have a default page setup. sloppy configuration on their part).
So if you don't resolve, contact your ISP to have them address the issue. This is part of what you pay for.
Cheers,
Guillaume
