Yeah, I think they were artistically inspired crayon in hand so to speak. I think that living with people who do this kind of stuff can have a huge effect, I am hoping a 180 into a bought deal department on Bay Street... But it is funny, one day they will marry someone who can't even knot a shoe lace and wonder why it is that he can't make everything in the house from scratch. But they will still be happy.

My sister got her PHD in maths from Oxford and CMU. She once remarked that not all/any of her students seemed to really get math, like when they see a "5" they are thinking of 5 apples say, not even the number on a number line (I don't know) of rational numbers. I felt for her. . My dad is a concert level pianist, I like Frank Zappa. It sounds nice when he plays the piano, but I am not sure it means exactly the same thing to him as it does to me...
