David was teaching in Germany and during such was not feeling well. Was advised to go to the hospital but wanted instead to finish his class. Got sicker and when he did go they admitted him and started the process of treating him. He was unable to breathe on his on, severe respitory illness. He has been in Germany for 3 weeks and they are trying to get him transported back to a hospital in England. His wife/partner Pat was summoned due to the seriousness of his illness a week or so ago. My take on this was it has been a life or death situation for most of the time. Only in the past few days has he started to come around to where they have him breathing on his on with the help of oxygen. He is very weak and confused. Pat is with him and now able to comunicate. We are trying to help reieve the financial burden, David like most of us needs to work. He derives his income from teaching and his dvds and books. For those who dont know, online theft, illegal downloads, are destroying the instructional dvd and book business. Many in society we still dont think it is wrong to steal intellectual property.
