My curiosity is kindled. What I thought I knew about the details of degradation of CA in gluing applications may not be true. There is no doubt that it is not considered a "permanent" adhesive in many applications but I am still looking into the details of how it breaks down . I am sure lots is known but I am still in the process of finding recent information. Water, and maybe just moisture, is not good for it. Lots is know about how it breaks down when it is used to glue body parts together, but the wood information is less abundant.
