Pricing a Farm Table???? ()

...but medium hardwoods are abundant here. So are people with bandmills trying to figure out how to pay for the bandmills.

A hardwood harvest table here (unless it's bait and switch on CL) is generally about $400, and in a lot of cases, the makers are the same people trying to market slabs.

The few winners in all of this (aside from the people making bandmills - they've managed to sell them really well - on promises of revenue opportunity combined with financing) are the folks who get word of mouth to well-heeled buyers and who provide a good buyer experience. By winners, I mean a viable proposition for spare time (and a supply of trees that would otherwise be left to turn to snags and fall), not full time income.
