need drier air

Even though we are setting at about 17% rm here in Utah, I find that I am still getting water through my air line and into my air sanders. I have a "Speedaire" water trap that I drain 2-3 times an hour when I am hard sanding. Are there any ideas out there to get less water in the lines? TIA
