Hi all,

I tried searching through the past topics but didn't see anything about this. My wife and I will be moving soon and she wants to update our kitchen with an island and pantry (which I'll be building), but she also wants to paint the current cabinets white.

I heve heard of great results using a roller and brush (any advice on that is appreciated as well) but I did read in a This Old House magazine that painting frame and solid wood panel cabinets doors can show a hairline crack between the panel and stile when the panel shifts with seasonal changes. Anyone had issues with this?

We'll be selling the house and just don't want the new owners to have issues later.
