I am not a big cell user and got tired of paying monthly fees to Verizon [which I had no other complaint about] and went to a prepaid minutes plan with T-mobile.
What I used to pay/month now buys enough minutes to last me close to a year. but as I said -I'm not a big user.
No complaints at all with T-mobile's phone service. Of their two local stores one is a PITA and the other is wonderful. Of course I rarely go in but have on occasion to ask a question.
