I'd suggest you look around for a used contractor's table saw. It will do what you want, and not too expensively. Be aware of the value and convenience of accessories like jigs and mobile platforms which may be offered with the saw. A good used Delta, Jet, Powermatic, Grizzly, etc on Craig's list is a good place to start.
