Hopefully you have saved all your music on an external drive or on your iPhone.

That happened to me !! to restore it, I just downloaded iTunes again, and loaded all the songs and ringtones and pics and movies etc from my external hard drive.

I have an iMac though so I don't know if what I said will work for you on a windows machine
