I work a job with my hands, as do probably many here. Lately, my left hand/wrist (non-dominant hand) feels like its asleep most of the time....annoying more than anything else.

Anyone experienced something similar and what did it turn out to be? Did anything help it? I'm not even sure what I would google to find out more.

I'm not at all limited by it but obviously something is being strained or not rested enough.
