Beware when downloading this picresizer software. After downloading it I found a new tool bar in by IE and Firefox browsers and my home page had been changed in both browsers, without my permission. Plus, this morning, I found a new commercial site page came up when I first launched Firefox, after I changed my home page back to my preference yesterday.
