Dick, are you saying that you are worried about the strength of the glue up along all mitered edges through 3/4 inch birch plywood for a box that is 1 x 1 x 2 feet ? I'm not talking about a small picture frame here. If you really think it's a problem, I could reinforce everything inside, where I don't care about looks. This project is an audio speaker enclosure.
