Contractor's saw - RIGID 4512 or Steel City 35990 () craigd
I have rev 2 of the Ridged, (outboard motor), several years old now. I haven't had any problems with it, it took a while to assemble but has stayed in adjustment and is pretty easy to adjust. I dearly love the supplied casters. It's quiet (ish), the ridged belt drive (ie I don't think you can use a link belt) has been trouble free, it is *not* over powered, dust collection is ok but not great. For my use, I'd really like the inboard motor (takes less room when shoved up against the wall) and a riving knife. I'm happy with the fence. I like the cast iron wings, probably just personal preference but stamped wings just don't make as nice of an assembly table.
