I foolishly took a replacement on the first one I bought instead of a refund. the battery charger indicates the battery is faulty when you try to charge it when the battery is not fully discharged. Even fully charged, the drill can be stopped dead doing even easy drilling if set on the "high speed" setting. At the low speed setting, it takes forever to punch a hole in 4/4 white oak. Mine did come with a 1 watt flashlight that is ultra bright, but it has a very awkward shape that limits its usefulness.
