I cut up the parts of the chair and made some changes. The only part I am really saqtisfied with is the seat....done using Charles Neil's method of using a dado blade and donut sander and angle grinder.
Made some new spindles and spreaders and legs, glued up everything into rockers and arms. Will put them into the seat tomorrow. Chair back is being redesigned to thicker material and different design.
Second chair is about ready to assemble too.
