I have used good old Johnson's paste wax in the yellow and red can (yes, it still exists) on my TS, jointer, router table, and planer tables. Works fine and lasts for a very long time. I would imagine that almost any hard wax would work just as well though. Briwax comes to mind although it might be harder to buff out manually.
