We have a side-by-side fridge/freezer...Hotpoint... the icemaker went sour swo I bought one online and it was shipped to the house for $156.21. Installed it myself using their instructionsw in about 10 minutes.
Also changed out the filter located in the upper fridge righthand corner. They should be changed out at least every 6 months....regardless....for optimum operation.
