OK, guys/gals, I have decided to discard my previous turnings and make some new ones from a previous project I made about 8 yrs ago. Shall copy the design, turn it on the lathe, then use that for the model to make all of the new turnings. The lengths will have to be different, but that will be easy enough....just make them longer and then form each length to the desired dowel usage on the chairs. Am going to be buying some hardwood dowels from a source and then turn them as needed.
