Subject:
CPVC pipe

TomD
I use this pipe for a variety of stuff, for instance I used it to hold bearings for a spinning wheel I made. That was back before I got all my metal lathes. It can be turned on a wood lathe. I use it for stuff on my wooden boat, I made a Robaza out of it. It's great stuff, but not the best plumbing pipe. With the Ascendancy of PEX, I am finding it harder and harder to get. I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about it and whether industry will completely phase it out along some timeline. Unfortunately I didn't find much googling. It overlaps with some other popular searches.
