Bill, if your on a municipal water supply, you may want to contact your provider. I'm sure the utility people have equipment that may isolate the line that's leaking. Don't know what all they use - Ground radar might show soaked areas etc. Possibly they have other methods. Such as sound detectors etc. I know I can get equipment to trace a "leak/ground" in a buried electrical cable to within a few feet. I'm sure the water utilities have similar methods / equipment.
