By golly Charlie you are my brother. I do the same thing. When things break, and I can`t fix it, it comes apart and I grab everything I can if it might come in handy. I have electrical cords w/molded plugs in a drawer. They are handy when I cut through one or tear one somehow, they look better than the ones that come with it. I have fans from microwaves, limit switchs and so on. Its good to finally find you. Larry
