I have read many reply to my "decision" on leaving WC, and I do appreciate all of you guys and gals for your support in a trying time for me. And Harry, I shall take a break and wait until maybe summer of fall to get into some woodworking again. It really is a shame...because I have been doing such since 1977 and it has been an enjoyable time for me to make things which others appreciate receiving. I have spent maybe $6,000 for all of my equipment and tools. I have spent about $6,000 on the saws, drillpresss, planer, and all of the handtools over the years.
Might get back into making some pottery...I .built a table and it is motorized and does work nicely.
OK, I shall stay here on WoodCentral and offer any advice I can in areas I have vast knowledge of.
I worked as a pipefitter/ plumber/welder...and a session as an electrician. Also did some pipe insulation earlier. Much knowledge is there I could forward...if wanted. Also have repainted cars in the past....rebuilt engines and carbs...but no more.
