I sold my contractor saw last year and found the best way to do it was to strip it down to the basic saw. No extras included. I took what parts I could and used them on my new (used) cabinet saw.
I transferred the link belt and saved the cost of buying it again, although I needed more going from one long belt to three shorter ones.
Took my mobile base to the welding shop to have it refitted to fit the new saw
I have a cast iron router table extension, transferred it.
Nobody wanted to pay what I wanted for the saw with the extras. But once I took off the extras and lowered the price accordingly I actually made more money in the long run by saving the cost of replacing the extras.
I ended up happy and so did the guy who bought the saw, and he knew that I had removed the extras!
