I like TSP - but phosphates down the sewer are an environmental no-no.

I have used clay kitty litter and kerosene to "draw out" most of the oil. I've followed it by applications of a paste of laundry detergent and dish soap.

It typically takes a couple of applications of the kitty litter and kerosene (spritz some kerosene and follow it with kitty litter).
