Ebonized Ash, Maple, and Brass Music Stand

    I built this music stand from ebonized ash, maple, and custom brass hardware. I finished it with several coats of lacquer.
Brass Hardware
    This stand design consists of 56 pieces of hardware. Of this total, there are thirty pieces I either fabricated or modified from their original shape or purpose.
Height Adjustment Pin
    The stand is adjustable by removing a brass pin from the center post, allowing it to raise or lower to the desired height.

    The rack angle bracket, which adjusts the angle at which the sheet music is viewed, is a simple but effective design.
