    The smaller vestibule of this condo opens into a larger central area, which provides access to a music room, a living room, and a hallway to the bedrooms. With lots of empty space in the vestibule and central areas, it was ideal for two freestanding units that go from floor to ceiling.

    Each one incorporates seating and storage units, which are on wheels and have sliding doors. The desks feature hinged lids and drawers below the large bookcases with adjustable shelves. Access is unobstructed with the units tucked into opposite corners and the seats rolled underneath the desks. These units will serve two growing youngsters and their parents with the functionality of study/library areas while maintaining the stunning Mt. Vernon-like elegance of the woodwork, hardwood floors, and wall colors.
