Q: What is "Rule #32"?
A: [Tongue firmly in cheek here.] There are many rules of conduct, so rather than post all of them every time, it was decided to just number them. Most of them are relatively mundane—in fact we don't even remember them— but one, called rule #32, has attained legendary proportions:

• Rule #32 means whatever The Judges (whoever they are) want it to mean at the time. This means that it will be applied arbitrarily and you never know when you will be in violation ;-)
• The phrase "Grasshopper", as in Kung Fu, may only be used once a month. Violators will be sent to the box.
• The basic gist is that questions should not be answered immediately, thereby killing the thread. Creative answers are encouraged, and you score brownie points by either coming up with an answer that obscures the real answer, or that just sounds good even though it does not actually answer the question.
